By accessing or using 50 Laws of Design at 50lawsofdesign.com (the "Service"), operated by Neon Wilderness® and Jordan Wayne Lee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

50 Laws of Design is an educational platform offering structured design principles with AI-powered coaching, personalized analysis, progress tracking, and downloadable content. Some features require a free account. Some features require purchased credits or paid access.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using email and password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing accurate account information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Credits and Payments

  • New accounts receive a small number of free credits to explore AI features.
  • Additional credits can be purchased through our secure payment provider (Stripe).
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
  • PDF download access is a one-time lifetime purchase tied to your account.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including the 50 Laws, their descriptions, philosophies, frameworks, assessments, exercises, visual design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Neon Wilderness® and Jordan Wayne Lee, protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission. AI-generated analysis personalized to your profile is provided for your personal use only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means.
  • Abuse the AI features by submitting harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
  • Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit credits or generated content.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI coaching and analysis features generate personalized content based on your inputs and profile. This content is provided for educational and reflective purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any insights generated by the Service.

8. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
